Recalling boring home memories from the previous holiday experience; I insisted to stay back in college for a few more day, although the finals were over by the 16th of April.

Returned home on the 21st, after being successfully persuaded by parents.

On the 22nd, my college buddies came over; Joshua, Jason, Vivek and Basil. My grandparents agreed to cook lunch for them since those guys are seriously missing Indian home-cooked food.

DSC00508 Hope this guys will still eat the food from the Tamil shop back in INTI after this:)

DSC00514 Even for me, this is good home food after a very long time...

Apparently, supper for the night was as good as any other meal.

Two loafs of bread were over in what?....5 minutes

Which was suppose to be for breakfast.

Sightseeing in Malacca, Historical City.

Taking a car would have been the most convenient. Since the ones at home were in use by my parents, we had choice but taking the public transport.

Salira Bus---Tampin-Malacca:Somewhere between RM 4.5 to .7

It was a freaking 1 hour roller-coaster ride. Nothing could be more perfect than the bumpy roads and the 1980s bus. We arrived at Malacca Sentral(full air-conditioned bus station) and took a bus town bus to Mahkota Parade. From there its only walking distance away. We went for the historical sites first.

Not this of course. This pic was taken from the top of  A'Famosa.

DSC00547 Vivek seems to be pretty excited.

DSC00571 Ok...this is one fascinating church. And its pretty old. Trust me....it is OLD!

Foreigners Love 'Cendol'

Come on, you and I know how easy it is to make 'cendol'-coconut milk with brown sugar. I was surprised when Indians didn't have a single idea what it was. Even after tasting. They gave me a sigh when I told them that its as simple as mixing coconut milk and brown sugar. They people have been dealing with both of these ingredients since civilization began. I'm an Indian too!

DSC00573 Obviously, Jason and I enjoyed it more than Moskovi :)

DSC00576 Josh was willing to give up orange juice. Weren't you Josh?

Stay Away From Starbucks Espresso, It's A Killer!

Have you even been to Starbucks when you're on a budget constrain? This was my first time in such scenario, so I went for a espresso since it was the cheapest(RM5++)

DSC00579 The so called mug is only as tall as your thumb.

People out there, I hope you know what I meant. Please don't make the same mistake I did. (Even for extreme coffee drinkers like me)

The Horse Was High!

The guys and the caretaker of the horse(possibly) know what it means.

Secret Recipe Thirst Quencher

The next time you enter Secret Recipe, please don't order their Chocolate whatever drink that looks like ones in the picture below. It doesn't taste as good as it should(I'm being nice).

DSC00632

The Oreo Milkshake that Jaison bought tasted good. I recommend that. And I think the ice blend should be ok too.

Mid-Night Pork Satay(after 12 only....a.m.)

DSC00631

The following is the truth, nothing but the truth....

The 'kueh teow' at the MidNight Satay stall is the best I ever had. The satay is also mind blowing-ly awesome! AND, Jaison only did that for a few seconds.

People...That Is A Real Snake!

DSC00643 It kind of like gives you goose bumps when you realise that you're holding a powerful constricting muscle. But it was cool!:)
